Tremco-Illbruck Compriband TP600 Expanding Tape
The Compriband sealing tape is a soft and flexible expanding foam used predominately as a weatherseal to prevent water ingress, retain heat as well as providing acoustic properties. Compriband accommodates joint movement whilst being ready compressed.
Why Compriband?
Most of air leakages in buildings are due to poor insulation between openings, windows and walls. The Tremco Compriband tape expands to fill all voids with a 600Pa minimum watertightness, airtightness, thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

Suitable for external and internal use. Under high compression the product will create a 600 Pa weather-proof seal, under low compression the product is suitable for draught sealing.
Compriband is manufactured using an open cell polyurethane foam heavily impregnated with an acrylic based, UV and water-repellent resin which also has flame retardant properties. Compriband TP600 expanding sealing tape is recommended for use in more extreme weather applications..
Compriband expanding foam tape is supplied in rolls, pre-compressed (with delayed expansion to aid application) to approximately 85%, and have a self-adhesive backing on one side to aid positioning.
Tremco Compriband is ideal for providing a secure, weather-tight seal whilst sealing joints such as connection joints on flat or pitched roofs or façades that can be painted to prevent thermal and acoustic bridges.
